About the Role
As an Application Technologist Learner, you will support our flavour creators in developing and testing new flavour formulations. You will work hands-on in our Creation & Application Laboratory to bring new tastes and sensory experiences to life, contributing to Givaudan’s mission of crafting healthier, happier lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Compounding: Prepare and blend flavour formulas, apply them to beverages, and participate in taste tests.
- Raw Material Control: Receive, manage, and organize raw materials. Produce prototype samples and manage lab inventories.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all lab work complies with Givaudan’s strict safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Learning Commitment: Attend required training sessions and complete learnership coursework with workplace portfolios.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a similar field
- Basic understanding of chemistry
- Good sensory skills and an interest in taste and aroma profiling
- Proficient in spoken and written English
