About the Role

A dynamic fintech and digital media tech company is urgently looking for a Senior C# Developer with strong Agile experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work on rewards and loyalty programs in the financial services sector, using modern technologies in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Information Technology
  • Microsoft Development Certification or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in:
    • C# and Agile development
    • OTT / VOD / IPTV / DTH / Broadcasting technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of system architectures and web technologies
  • Experience with content receipt, ad servers, streaming tech (HLS, HTML5)
  • Basic understanding of smartphone app development and CDN systems
  • Statistical analysis skills in network and subscriber metrics

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Create and implement completely working applications with clean code.
  • Support entire application lifecycle – concept to support
  • Collaborate on planning and implementing new features
  • Ensure legacy and new apps meet quality and performance standards
  • Conduct code reviews and promote best practices across the team

Communication & Reporting

  • Keep team and manager informed on technical progress and issues
  • Use internal tracking systems to log updates and blockers
  • Contribute to documentation and share key insights

People Management

  • Mentor and coach junior developers
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the team

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Share and implement new tech ideas and improvements
  • Stay current with technology trends to benefit the business
