As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you’ll support Digicom Technology Solutions’ USA‑based clients from your home office in South Africa. Digicom is an IT managed services company that designs, maintains, and manages computer networks and systems for organizations throughout the USA. Your day‑to‑day will include handling advanced escalated support issues, mentoring the support team, diagnosing software, hardware, and network problems, and ensuring consistent success in delivering managed service provider services.
