Skills & Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) and a National Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (NQF Level 6)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT desktop support
- Valid driver’s license is essential
- ITIL Foundation Certificate is an added advantage
- Solid knowledge of LAN, project and change management
- Ability to draft technical training manuals and user guides
- Familiarity with IT in the public sector and Labour Court systems is a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
