- Providing remote and onsite support for hardware, software, and system issues
- Ensuring compliance through accurate documentation and software license management
- Participating in disaster recovery planning and risk mitigation strategies
- Regular reporting, network performance analysis, and problem resolution

- Grade 12 (Matric) required; relevant IT certifications preferred
- CompTIA A+ and N+ (required); Security+ (advantage)
- HP/Aruba, Ubiquiti, or FortiGate certifications (preferred)
- 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on network administration
- Strong knowledge of information systems security, routing protocols, VLAN, DNS, DHCP
- Hands-on experience with Linux, FortiOS, Aruba, and PRTG or Wireshark
- Familiarity with international security standards such as PCI DSS
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills
Additional expertise in fields like management information systems, encryption data handling, and enterprise information systems will be advantageous.
