About the Role
As a Sales and Service Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic call center operation. You’ll guide and mentor a team of agents, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure that all workflows support top-level performance and customer satisfaction. The role also includes night shifts, typically starting between 01:00 AM and 03:00 AM, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules and manage team shifts
- Support staff with leave and payroll procedures
- Be the first line of contact for team questions and minor issues
- Assist with onboarding and training of new agents
- Drive employee engagement and maintain team culture
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Monitor key performance indicators and campaign progress
