About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time role for an IT Support Technician who will be responsible for supporting desktop systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT operations. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, offering support in person and remotely, and help manage essential infrastructure that keeps the business running smoothly.
- Identify and respond to IT issues quickly and professionally
- Install and update desktop hardware and software
- Manage and maintain spare parts inventory
- Provide technical support to end-users both onsite and remotely
- Monitor data centre performance and apply improvements
- Work with vendors to source parts and services
- Attend vendor meetings and assist with escalations
- Log incidents, follow up on resolutions, and ensure service quality
