- Control of surgical and ethical stock at ward/unit level
- Capture all ward/unit charge sheets daily, billing used stock and equipment
- Implement and maintain a clear stock identification system
- Ensure all stock replenishment processes follow standard procedures
- Assist nursing staff with stock queries until resolved
- Work with Pharmacy and Unit Manager on out-of-stock items and back orders
- Facilitate stock takes, weekly cycle counts, and manage discrepancies
- Ensure proper billing, credit handling, and complete patient documentation
- Help maintain supplies, equipment, and stationery within the ward
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with all stakeholders
