  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Provide timely support in line with service level agreements

  • Use internal systems (like OFBiz) to log all interactions accurately
  • Follow up on open queries and gather customer feedback
  • Conduct post-interaction surveys to ensure satisfaction

Skills & Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential
  • A+ / N+ or similar technical qualification
  • 1–2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role
  • Experience in financial services or banking systems is a plus
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one other South African language
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Problem-solving mindset with a drive to improve systems and services
