About the Role
Objective Personnel is hiring an experienced Electrical Artisan to manage the maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of electrical systems on an active FMCG plant. You’ll be involved in critical site operations, supporting shift teams and ensuring uninterrupted production through reliable maintenance of MCCs and other essential systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
- Perform detailed fault-finding and troubleshooting tasks
- Apply Reliability Centred Maintenance principles
- Support shift teams with technical guidance and repair work
- Maintain and service site electrical systems including MCC panels
- Be available for standby and emergency support as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Trade Tested in Electrical (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing maintenance
- Experience working with plant machinery and electrical systems
- PLC training or exposure is a strong advantage
- Brewing plant experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
