About the Role
As a Finance Clerk at Dis-Chem, your primary responsibilities will include managing supplier account reconciliations and ensuring timely and accurate payments. This role plays a vital part in the company’s finance operations and ensures strong communication between departments and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile vendor accounts using BEST system to prepare payments.
- Ensure reconciliations are completed and approved on time.
- Follow proper payment terms and deadlines.
- Resolve any outstanding invoices and claims promptly.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
- Send and follow up on workflow query invoices from stores.
Who Should Apply?

- Have a Grade 12 / Matric qualification (essential).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an accounts or finance role.
- Possess a finance-related qualification (advantageous).
- Experience with SAP, BEST, and Readsoft systems (advantageous).
