About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Health and Safety policies and procedures

- Investigate and report workplace accidents and incidents
- Implement corrective actions and monitor outcomes
- Organize quarterly safety drills and ensure employee readiness
- Report incidents to the Department of Labour and track safety logs
- Manage statutory training and monitor certifications
- Ensure PPE availability and compliance
- Evaluate sub-contractor safety compliance and documentation
- Attend and document regular Health and Safety meetings
- Prepare and submit monthly safety reports to Adeo Structures

- SAMTRAC (Safety Management Training Certificate) is essential
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure
- Comfortable working in unstructured and changing environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital documentation
