Key Responsibilities
As our new Millwright Artisan, you will:
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
- Maintain and repair machines and plant equipment to ensure top performance and minimal downtime
- Perform fault-finding and root cause analysis to solve equipment failures
- Support production and maintenance teams with expert knowledge
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency
- Conduct routine inspections and adhere to scheduled maintenance plans
- Update job cards, complete reports, and suggest modifications when needed
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, you need:
- A Millwright Trade Test certification
- A diploma or advanced certificate in a relevant technical field
- Proven experience in industrial and manufacturing maintenance
- Fluency in Business English
- A valid Code 08 Driver’s License
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to work in confined spaces, extreme conditions, and on weekends, shifts, and public holidays
