- Minimum 5 years of experience in a trackless mining environment
- 2+ years in a Human Resource Development role
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
- Strong working knowledge of TMM machines
- Proficient in ISO 9001:2015 standards and training documentation
- Ability to develop learning materials and SOPs aligned with mining codes of practice
- Computer literacy in MS Office and internal HR systems
- Excellent interpretation, supervisory, and communication skills
