About the Role
As a SHEQ Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) department. You will assist in managing systems, tracking reports, handling documentation, and ensuring that all contractors, visitors, and employees are well-informed about health and safety protocols. From site services management to compliance tracking and supporting sustainability goals, you’ll contribute to a wide scope of operational processes that keep the business safe, clean, and efficient.
- Coordinate SHEQ induction sessions for staff, contractors, and visitors
- Track and archive SHEQ reports, checklists, and action plans
- Assist with compiling risk assessments and support incident investigations

- Support contractor compliance with SHEQ requirements and safety files

Skills & Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Matric certificate
- National Diploma in Safety Management or equivalent qualification
- Radiation Protection Officer training is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment preferred
- Strong administrative ability and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, SAP, ISOMETRIX, and Contractor Management Systems
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Understanding of OHS Act, NEMA, and Labour Relations Act
