About the Role

The Officer: SHE at Weir Minerals plays a vital role in ensuring all health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained and continually improved. This hands-on position includes daily walkabouts in production areas to maintain a visible SHE presence, reviewing and updating risk assessments, and guiding employees on safety-related issues. You’ll also manage hazard reporting and assist in investigations to close out any issues. The role is deeply involved in managing SHE Management System documents in line with ISO standards and Weir Group policies.
