About the Role
As the first point of contact for all IT-related issues across Hungry Lion’s stores and internal users, your main mission is to deliver efficient, friendly, and effective technical support. You’ll be answering inbound calls, logging incidents, classifying support tickets, and using industry-standard it helpdesk tools like Freshservice to ensure all issues are tracked and resolved promptly.
