About the Role
The Engineering Foreman at Fraser Alexander will play a key role in maintaining and repairing processing plant equipment and ensuring compliance with legal and company safety standards. - Minimum 2 years learnership/apprenticeship experience in mining, plant, or manufacturing
- 3-5 years experience as an artisan
- 3 years in a management/supervisory role
- Experience in a processing plant environment
Additionally, you’ll need strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and solid computer literacy—especially with Pragma Onkey and Excel. Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical safe practices, as well as RCFA and maintenance systems, is essential.
