Skills & Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 certification – Essential
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a contact center (inbound and outbound calls)
  • Contact Center certification is a strong advantage
  • Computer literacy – especially MS Office
  • Previous exposure to SAP systems preferred
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
