About the Vodacom 2026 Early Careers Programmes
The 2026 Vodacom Early Careers Programmes offer two exciting pathways:

Who Should Apply?
Vodacom is looking for ambitious, passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be 26 years old or younger
- Must be a South African citizen (or from DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, or Tanzania for respective market consideration)
- Must have 0–2 years of working experience post studies
- Must have completed an undergraduate degree or equivalent (BCom, BSc, BTech – NQF 7) by end of 2025
- Minimum 65% academic average for most recent or final year results
- 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) accepted only in:
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
