About the Role

As part of the Learning & Development (L&D) team at Tolcon, learners will work closely with the L&D Manager to design, implement, and manage training programs. This is a hands-on position where you’ll get involved in creating training resources, preparing virtual and in-person sessions, updating learning materials, and working with digital tools to support training delivery.

The goal is to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of how employee training and development programs are built and maintained within a professional business setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering employee development programs
• Support both virtual and in-person training sessions
• Update and publish training materials using tools like MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, iSpring, and KnowBe4
• Manage training logistics, record keeping, and administration
• Help identify learning needs and assist with needs analysis
