About the Learnership Programme
This structured programme is part of Sanlam’s Youth Empowerment Programme (YEP) and includes both theoretical learning and practical work experience. Upon successful completion, top learners may be offered permanent junior-level roles within the company.
- 12-month contract starting 01 February 2026
- National Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 4)
- Monthly allowance and study support
- Workplace-based training and formal classroom instruction
- Mentoring, coaching, and regular assessments
Who Should Apply
- South African citizens aged 18–35
- Currently unemployed
- Do not currently hold a tertiary qualification
- Passed Grade 12 with at least 50% in English and Maths/Math Literacy or Accounting
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Willing to commit for the full 12 months
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Access to reliable transport
