- Regulatory Exam RE5 qualification
- Commercial FAIS credits
- Matric certificate or NQF Level 4
- At least 3 years of experience in Business/Commercial Insurance
- Minimum 3 years in an inbound/outbound call centre
- Proficiency in Multimark III
- Consistent achievement of R125,000+ GWP per month
- Lead-to-quote conversion rate above 65%
- Quote-to-sale conversion rate above 35%
- Quality and data accuracy scores of at least 90%
