- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities
- Offer counselling and emotional support to residents and families

- Assist in complex family dynamics and facilitate care decisions
- Present therapeutic group sessions

- Support staff through training sessions as needed
