Skills & Requirements
- Essential: Grade 12 / Matric certificate

- Computer literate, especially in MS Office
- Comfortable working retail hours and performing physical tasks
- Advantageous:
- Qualification in BSc Biomedicine or Biotechnology
- Experience in a busy retail store or health food outlet
- Fluency in a second local language
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and guide customers on vitamin and supplement purchases
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are neat and attractive
- Monitor stock levels and report any price discrepancies
- Help set up and manage promotional displays
- Support with returns and follow store layout guidelines
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the team and vendors
- Stay informed about new product lines and industry trends
