About the Role
This role supports the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) department at TB HIV Care. As a Data Capturer, you will be responsible for capturing and consolidating data from various facilities, ensuring that reports are accurate and submitted on time. Your work will directly support TB and HIV prevention and treatment efforts across the Queenstown region.
- Capture and consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly facility data
- Maintain updated databases for reporting
- Ensure timely data submission and escalate delays
- Structure and format data for easy access and interpretation
- Coordinate with the Department of Health and project staff
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping

Skills & Requirements
- Grade 12 is essential
- A tertiary qualification is an added advantage
- Trained or experienced in TIER.Net data capturing
- At least 2 years working with Department of Health data systems
- Strong knowledge of HIV/AIDS and public health reporting systems
- Fluency in English and isiXhosa
- Clear criminal record
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
