Key Responsibilities

- Capture local delivery and consolidation manifests

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Create and manage manifests for deliveries and collections
- Book cargo on the system based on customer instructions
- Debrief linehaul manifests and update collections
- Capture collection and delivery reports daily
- Verify customer and service information before parcels leave
- Support customer service with queries related to damages, collections, and returns
- Assist other operational functions when required
