Key Responsibilities
- Handle store card application processing across all Mr Price Group divisions.
- Confirm personal and employment details telephonically to verify account applicants.
- Update customer details in the Debtors system to ensure information accuracy.
- Respond to customer queries and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Ensure excellent service delivery by preventing backlogs and resolving complaints quickly.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- 1 year of call centre experience (preferably in new accounts).
- Previous experience with account application processing is an advantage.
