About the Role

As a Call Centre Agent at Pedros, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your main role will be to answer inbound calls, take accurate food orders, and help customers with any queries related to our menu or services. This role is vital in ensuring customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they call to when they collect their order.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and friendly assistance over the phone.
  • Offer helpful menu information and make suggestions.
  • Take orders for delivery or collection and ensure accuracy.
  • Help customers make changes to their existing orders.
  • Communicate special requests to the relevant store.
  • Upsell menu items and suggest extras to improve customer experience and boost sales.
