About the Role
As a bartender at the Walk Up Bar, your role is to ensure each guest has a memorable experience. From preparing drinks to engaging with customers, your service will reflect the high standards of Sun International. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar and ensuring all drinks are prepared and served with precision and care.
- Set up your work area and complete all necessary pre-service tasks
- Stock the bar with beverages and supplies before service
- Mix drinks, take orders, and ensure each drink matches the order perfectly
- Upsell on promotions and featured cocktails
- Interact professionally with customers and handle any complaints
- Process payments, complete cash-ups, and manage stock sheets

Skills & Requirements

- Barrister skills (advantageous)
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills
- Ability to work shifts and handle physical work
