Key Responsibilities
Receiving Administration:
- Receive and handle delivery notes and supplier invoices
- Match invoices with orders and delivery records
- Capture invoices and verify all details on the system
- Create claims for overages or shortages
- Follow up on outstanding orders and claims
- Maintain accurate filing of documents
Reports Administration:
- Generate and manage daily reports (credit notes, picking slips, quotations, lost sales, etc.)
- Compile weekly and monthly reports (claims, shipping docs, purchase orders, BIN locations)
- Verify all reports against source documents
- Follow up on missing data and submit for authorization
General Administration:
- Support quarterly stocktaking activities
- Capture stock count data and create variance reports
- Reconcile courier reports and prepare payments
- Order office stationery and handle interdepartmental purchases
- Capture staff transactions on the company intranet
- Manage vehicle documents and trip sheets
- Assist with dispatch admin and general inquiries
