The role focuses on reconciling driver documentation after each delivery round and accurately capturing this data into Clover’s ERMS system. Your daily tasks will include processing customer and driver transactions, scanning and filing documents, and handling stock and cash data.   • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and phone communication skills
  • Prepared to work overtime and on public holidays
  • Understanding of stock, crates, and cash handling

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture accurate debit and credit data for stock, crates, and cash
  • Reconcile delivery documentation after each round
  • File and stamp documents for record keeping
  • Scan and prepare paperwork for digital storage
  • Manage RMA capturing (including crates and Danone RMAs)
  • Handle staff shop inventory and sales tasks
  • Support the cash office as required
