What the Job Is About
You will manage local and remote IT systems for various branches. This includes:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software
- Maintaining server hardware and storage infrastructure
- Supporting Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive)
- Managing LAN, WiFi, and network infrastructure
- Ensuring network security using firewalls and antivirus software
- Supporting VoIP systems
- Providing user support and training
- Working with vendors to design and implement IT solutions
Who Should Apply
