Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet every customer within 30 seconds
- Identify customer needs and demonstrate products
- Close sales and promote add-on items
- Build relationships to create returning customers
Inventory Management
- Replenish stock daily from storeroom
- Minimise shrinkage through store zoning and vigilance
- Process deliveries, customer orders, and POS entries
Store Operations
- Maintain daily housekeeping standards
- Assist with store opening and closing
Training & Development
- Take responsibility for your training
- Attend quarterly training and complete assessments
- Meet monthly with your manager to track your progress
Merchandising
- Maintain Crocs visual standards
- Replenish sizes and assist with window displays
