What the Job Is About

Job Responsibilities
- Serve customers quickly and professionally at the cosmetics till
- Assist with merchandising when the till is not busy
- Ensure correct pricing, labeling, and displays of cosmetic products
- Follow Dis-Chem’s cash handling and security procedures
- Process payments accurately using various methods (cash, card, vouchers)
- Answer customer queries and refer product questions to the Cosmetic Consultant
- Ensure personal hygiene and presentation meet company standards
- Report suspicious behaviour and escalate unresolved customer issues
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation according to housekeeping standards
