As an IT Developer, you will support, test, and develop enhancements for the OWLS system. You’ll ensure systems meet operational standards, troubleshoot issues, and support users across departments. A strong focus on SQL programming and business system understanding is essential.

Skills Requirements
- 3 or 4-year IT qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

- Windows, Excel, FTP tools
- User support and troubleshooting
- Experience with large, complex business systems
- Understanding of system testing, reporting, and template development
- Strong communication and training abilities

- Develop and maintain OWLS system reports and templates
- Execute system testing and validate enhancements
- Analyse system issues and apply effective solutions
- Monitor system operations and document changes
- Handle system risks and ensure compliance with policies
- Deliver end-user support and assist with training
- Administer application security and manage passwords
- Support IT audits and compile security reports
