About the Role

The Human Resources Officer (ISO) will be responsible for handling various administrative and system-based HR duties. You’ll work with SAP to manage employee data, payroll documentation, leave tracking, employee wellness, and support services. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in SAP

  • Train new managers on SAP Self-Service functionality

  • Manage promotions, job title changes, and upload relevant documents to SAP
  • Serve as liaison between employees and external benefit service providers
  • Ensure adherence to POPIA and company data policies
  • Submit and upload payroll and timesheet information accurately
  • Support ongoing HR projects and assist other departments with HR admin

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric/National Senior Certificate)
  • Nationally recognized qualification in IT, Business Administration, HR, or Payroll
  • Supervisory qualification (advantageous)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in an HRIS environment, including 2 years with SAP
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass Rand Water’s K53 driving test
