About the Role

As the Administrative Clerk, your main responsibility will be to reconcile delivery documentation from drivers and accurately capture this data into the Clover ERMS system. This ensures that delivery records, stock movements, and financial transactions are well-documented and processed efficiently.

Skills & Requirements

  • Grade 12 / National Certificate
  • Strong Excel experience and computer literacy
  • Ability to learn the Clover ERMS system
  • High numeracy skills and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prepared to work overtime and on public holidays
  • Knowledge of administrative processes within the finance sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile driver delivery documentation
  • Check and control invoices
  • Process debits and credits for customers and drivers (Stock, Crates & Cash)
  • Allocate and prepare driver files
  • Ensure accurate reconciliations for all routes
  • Prepare documents for scanning after reconciliation
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks such as filing and stamping
  • Follow up on unsettled routes and outstanding invoices
  • Ensure all reconciliations are balanced
