Clicks Learnership Programme for Youth with Disabilities – Durban
Introduction
Clicks Group, through UPD, is offering a fantastic opportunity for young South Africans living with disabilities. A 12-month learnership programme is now available in Durban (Mahogany Ridge), giving participants the chance to earn a recognised qualification while gaining valuable on-the-job experience in the wholesale and retail distribution sector.
What the Job Is About
The learnership combines classroom-based theory with practical workplace training. Learners will gain insights into wholesale and retail distribution while working under the guidance of a Department Manager. To complete the programme, learners must attend training sessions, complete activities, and submit a Portfolio of Evidence demonstrating their competency.
Who Should Apply
This opportunity is aimed at:
- Unemployed individuals with a completed Grade 12 / Matric
- People living with disabilities (PWDs)
- South African citizens aged between 18 and 35 years
