Senwes Ltd is hiring an IT Stock Controller at their Head Office in Klerksdorp. If you have experience in IT inventory management and want a permanent position with growth opportunities, this could be the role for you.
Job Purpose
Maintain IT stockroom and support internal departments to ensure technicians have access to necessary equipment for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
IT Stockroom Control
- Keep the stockroom clean and organised
- Receive and check new equipment against invoices
- Asset-tag and store new items
- Prepare equipment as per technician requests
- Log, scan, and track issued or returned equipment
- Scrap old and redundant assets
- Perform regular audits and maintain stock level records
Post Control Stock Tasks
- Prepare and dispatch post car equipment
- Ensure old or faulty items are returned
- Track deliveries and conduct follow-ups
Ad Hoc Support
- Assist with new department projects
- Conduct basic desktop support services
- Handle incident investigations as needed
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- CompTIA A+ certification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an IT environment
