Adcorp is hiring a SHEQ Graduate to support health and safety compliance across regional business units in South Africa. The graduate will assist in the implementation, administration, and management of health and safety systems, ensuring full legal and policy compliance.
Minimum Experience
- Graduate or minimum of 1 year in H&S
- Basic knowledge of health and safety
- Strong reporting skills
- Incident investigation experience
- Risk assessment and audit participation
- COID case handling experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric
- National Diploma in Safety Management (Required)
- SAMTRAC (Advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate H&S providers and enforce safety rules
- Conduct regular H&S meetings, audits, and inspections
- Investigate incidents and submit reports to authorities
- Ensure contractor compliance across regions
- Facilitate toolbox talks and promote safety awareness
- Monitor COID reporting and manage case documentation
- Develop and implement H&S training programs
- Support and maintain the H&S Management System
- Compile client safety reports while adhering to group guidelines.
