Pepkor Lifestyle Learnership Opportunity – 2025
Pepkor Lifestyle, including HiFi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells, and Rochester, is offering a 12-month W&R SETA funded Learnership. This is a great chance for young, motivated South Africans to gain valuable retail work experience and build their careers in a leading retail group.
About the Learnership
This program is designed to introduce learners to the world of wholesale and retail. Successful candidates will participate in a structured learning experience and gain real-world store experience across all 9 provinces.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers on the shop floor
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support marketing and maintain merchandise displays
- Learn English and Math fundamentals
- Process payments at the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Understand the wholesale and retail environment
- Open new customer accounts
- Maintain and control stock to prevent losses

- Good problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and flexible
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a Senior Certificate (Matric or equivalent)
- must be a law-abiding citizen of South Africa.
