Job Description
As a Call Centre Agent at Pedros, you will handle incoming customer calls. Your main goal is to help customers place orders, provide accurate menu information, and assist with any questions.
Your main duties include:
- Know the Menu: Understand the Pedros menu, describe items clearly, and make food recommendations.
- Take Orders: Handle delivery and collection orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and forwarding them to the correct store.
- Modify Orders: Assist customers in changing existing orders or making special requests and communicate updates to stores.
- Upselling: Recommend additional menu items like drinks or sides to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Job Requirements:
To qualify, candidates must have the following:
- Matric (Grade 12) Certificate
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Good verbal and written communication
- Experience in inbound calls
- Previous call centre or similar customer service experience
