Job Overview
For our Multichoice Campaign, we are seeking energetic, self-assured, and goal-oriented call centre sales agents. Your main responsibility will be to achieve quality sales using leads provided by the company.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Clear ITC (Credit Record)
- No criminal record
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- 6 months of experience in outbound or inbound call centre sales, including:
- Retentions
- Upgrades
- Upselling
- Funeral cover sales experience is a strong advantage
