Available Learnership Fields
The Sasol Learnership programme in Komatipoort offers a hands-on learning experience combined with structured institutional training in the following fields:
- Mechanical Fitter
- Instrumentation
- Electrician
- Chemical Plant Operator
Learnership Programme Details
This Learnership is a fixed-term contract that provides both on-the-job learning and theoretical training. Successful candidates will be enrolled in a structured programme to gain practical skills, while also receiving the support needed to complete the assessment process successfully.
Minimum Requirements
You must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible for this learnership:
- A completed National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- A pass in Technical Mathematics/Mathematics (SG/HG).
- A pass in English/Business English (SG/HG).
- A pass in Technical/Physical Science (SG/HG).

In the Sasol program, as a student, you will:
- Actively participate in the learnership and complete assessments.
- Engage in workplace readiness activities and exercises.
