What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, your job is to give every customer the best shopping experience by providing fast, professional, and friendly support through all communication channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all customer requests and queries via phone, email, web, fax, or post
- Following Mr Price standards when handling calls and correspondence
- Making every customer interaction clear, consistent, and friendly
- Resolving customer and store queries or complaints quickly and accurately
- Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining high-quality support
- Suggesting better ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Need
Education:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Experience:
- 2–3 years experience in customer care, preferably in a call centre
- Experience handling customer queries across multiple channels
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of:
- National Credit Act (NCA)
- Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
- Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI)
- ICASA regulations
- Familiarity with online purchases and support systems
- A positive, problem-solving attitude
