Duration
6 to 12 months – Full-time (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00)
What Is the CAPACITI IT Learnership Programme?
This is a fully-funded IT skills development programme for unemployed youth. Whether you’re into coding, cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI, this programme gives you real-world tech training – no prior job experience needed.

Requirements to Apply
- South African citizen (by birth)
- Aged between 18 – 34 years old
- Completed Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or higher
- Basic computer skills and understanding of IT (hardware, software, networking)
- Able to commit to full-time training in Johannesburg
- Unemployed and not studying full-time
- No criminal record or bad credit history
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Preference given to EE and People with Disabilities (PWD)

Monthly Stipend
