Are you between 18 and 30 years old, unemployed, and have a Grade 12 certificate? If yes, Tenacity is looking for you!

This is your chance to study and work at the same time. We’re offering a 15-month Call Centre Learnership where you will gain real work experience while studying for a National Certificate in Micro Finance (NQF Level 4).

This opportunity is perfect for young South Africans who want to start a career in the Customer Service or Call Centre industry.

What You’ll Do as a Call Centre Learner:
