This is your chance to study and work at the same time. We’re offering a 15-month Call Centre Learnership where you will gain real work experience while studying for a National Certificate in Micro Finance (NQF Level 4).

What You’ll Do as a Call Centre Learner:
- Answer calls and help customers with their questions or complaints
- Provide professional and friendly service
- Do admin tasks related to customer accounts
- Solve problems according to company guidelines
- Be a team player and support your colleagues
Who Can Apply?
This learnership is for people who:
- Have Grade 12 (with Mathematics or Math Literacy)
- Are currently unemployed
- Are between 18 and 30 years old
- Are not studying now or planning to study during the learnership
- Can work shifts and weekends
- Have not done another learnership or skills programme in the last year
- Possess a positive outlook and a diligent work ethic.
