Auto Pedigree, a leader in the car retail sales industry, is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their team in Kempton Park (Spartan). This dynamic and fast-paced role is ideal for an individual who is professional, friendly, patient, and driven by targets. The primary goal of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction, increase business growth, and manage customer relationships through effective call handling and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Call Handling

  • Provide clients with clear information about the company's procedures and finance options.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure prompt responses to requests.
  • Build customer interest in Auto Pedigree's products and services.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely feedback.

2. Problem Solving

  • Develop logical solutions for customer issues.

3. Administrative Duties

  • Update the Lead Management System with relevant feedback.
  • Maintain accurate reports on all customer activities.

  • Promote brand awareness and drive customer interest through service offerings.

5. Miscellaneous

  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to department SOPs and company policies.

Minimum Requirements
