We’re currently hiring 2 Specialist Telesales / Call Centre Sales professionals to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent job opportunity in Pretoria, Gauteng, and we’re looking for hardworking, motivated individuals who are ready to grow with us.
Job Purpose
As a Telesales Specialist, your main job will be to help grow branch sales, build strong customer relationships, and find new business opportunities. You will also provide excellent after-sales service and support across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer sales
- Forecast sales and report to management
- Monitor competitors’ pricing and activities
- Resolve customer delivery, sales, and account issues
- Meet sales targets and expand the customer base
- Maintain great customer service and build loyalty
- Work with other teams: Accounts, Warehouse, Technical, etc.
- Analyze buying trends and suggest solutions
- Promote and market new products
- Report on market trends and customer feedback
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric certificate required
- At least 10 years of telesales experience in the motor spares or engine parts industry
- Strong understanding of internal combustion engines
- Valid driver’s license (Essential)
- Knowledge of Pretoria and surrounding areas
- Sales and marketing background in the automotive industry
- Willing to travel when needed
- Technical or mechanical knowledge is a bonus

- Computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel
